a. The content, materials, discussions, and proprietary information shared during the Event (the “Information”) are the exclusive intellectual property of The Nerd Fam, LLC (the “Organizer”) and are provided solely for the Attendee's personal and professional development.
b. The Attendee agrees not to record, replicate, reproduce, distribute, or disclose any Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer.
c. Any unauthorized use or dissemination of the Information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Event and potential legal action.
Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure
a. The Attendee acknowledges and agrees that the Information shared during the Event is confidential and intended for personal use only.
b. The Attendee further agrees not to use the Information to create or contribute to any competing seminar, product, service, or offering that directly or indirectly competes with the Organizer’s business for a period of, at least, 5 years following the Event.
Acknowledgment of Intellectual Property Rights
a. All trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary materials presented during the Event remain the exclusive property of the Organizer.
b. The purchase of a ticket does not grant the Attendee any ownership rights or licenses to the Information.
Restrictions on Attendance by Competitors
a. By purchasing a ticket, the Attendee warrants that they are not acting on behalf of or in collaboration with a competitor of the Organizer.
Enforcement
a. The Organizer reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws, including seeking injunctive relief and damages.
By completing the ticket purchase, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
